This Privacy Policy explains how the KLIVA iOS app handles personal data. It is informational and is not legal advice.

1. Overview

KLIVA is a fitness app for iOS that creates personalized workout plans and tracks your training progress locally on your device. KLIVA follows a local-first approach: your data is primarily stored on your iPhone and is not transmitted to external servers — with the limited exceptions described below.

1.1 Status and Responsible Party

KLIVA is provided as a free, non-commercial project by an individual developer based in Germany. There are no ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid services, sponsored content, or backend account systems. KLIVA does not operate as a company, business, retailer, or commercial service provider.
